Breaking down Georgia’s run blocking
Wednesday June 24, 2015
I love stuff like this. Before we see Nick Chubb break off a long run, there’s usually been some good work done by the blockers up front.
Saturday Down South has clips showing several of Georgia’s run blocking concepts, and they introduce us to the likely starters on the 2015 offensive line. They’re high on Pyke, and they expect Georgia’s solid run blocking to continue under Schottenheimer and Sale.
If you expect Chubb, Marshall, Michel, and the rest of the backs to be the focal point of the offense, it starts with these linemen.
